Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, or
  • An incorrect product was delivered.

To initiate a return for a damaged item, a clear video of the package opening is mandatory. The video must show the product being unpacked from the sealed package and clearly display the issue. Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

Please share:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • The package opening video

Step 2: Return Approval

  • Our team will review your request.
  • If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Email with further instructions.

Step 3: Packing & Shipping

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, such as:
    • Jewelry pouch / jewelry box
    • Tags and protective materials
  • Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Use the shipping label or instructions provided in the authorization email.

Returns without original packaging will be rejected.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check.
  • After successful verification, the refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.
  • Refunds will only be issued after the product passes quality inspection.

Exchange & Cancellation Policy

  • No exchanges are offered.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

Important Notes

  • Returns without a package opening video will not be accepted.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original condition.
  • All original packing materials must be included.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with this policy.
